Focusing on portraits, my approach is very casual and relaxed, with the goal of making my clients comfortable enough for their personalities to be seen by my lens. I enjoy capturing connection: whether that be between lovers, family, friends, or animals. I believe that in every season, there are moments we want to hold onto forever, which is why I’m honored to be here for you during exciting beginnings, difficult endings and the journeys in between.
I am a Mom to two beautiful boys who keep me full of whimsy, wonder and worry. We have a rescue dog, Herb, who matches our chaos. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, backroad drives with loud music, and reading poetry books.

Mickaylyn has come out to shoot photos for many of our horse owners and I have enjoyed working with her every time and loved the photos, so I decided to have her out for my horse training business branding shoot.
